We are seeking a Maintenance Automation Engineer to strengthen our Maintenance operations.

Your core responsibilities include:
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of automation systems on highly automated assembly lines.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent technical solutions for automation-related breakdowns and recurring failures.
- Develop and maintain PLC, Robot, HMI, servo, machine control software, and industrial communication systems.
- Standardize automation software, control systems, technical documentation, backups, and automation components across production equipment.
- Support the installation, commissioning, modernization, and improvement of new and existing machinery from an automation and control perspective.
- Drive automation-related continuous improvement, obsolescence management, and technical cost reduction initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and training to maintenance teams to strengthen internal automation capabilities.
- Drive digitalization and data-driven improvement projects through machine connectivity, data acquisition, traceability, dashboards, and database-based applications.
Profile and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Strong experience with Siemens PLC/HMI systems, including relevant PLC programming languages and industrial communication systems.
- Experience with industrial robots, servo systems, machine control systems, and automation equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in digitalization, data acquisition, SQL databases, Python, PHP, HTML, or NI software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.
- Good level of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Effective communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
