We are currently seeking a Process Quality Engineer to join our Quality Team. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the development of world-class products that deliver both safety and performance.
Your core responsibilities include:
Drive assembly process quality strategy and continuous improvement programs to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Manage quality risk assessment, defect prevention, and process control activities across assembly operations.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and customer expectations.
Profile and Qualifications:
English
French or German is asset.
Engineering Bachelor degree
Min 3 years Quality Experience
APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis (8D/5 Why), Process Audits (VDA6.3), GD&T, Lean Six Sigma, IATF 16949, Quality Risk Management, Statistical Analysis, and Assembly Process Validation.
Leadership, Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, Effective Communication, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Decision Making, Continuous Improvement Mindset, Coaching & Mentoring, Adaptability, and Customer Focus.
