Description
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills): • High School Diploma or GED • Self-directed and task-oriented • Willing to work overtime and all shifts • Ability to lead teams • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills): • College course work or 2-year Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership or Related Field • 3 years of work experience in a repetitive, automotive manufacturing environment • Project Management
Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise and Develop ECU Production Personnel
Inspecting Materials, Products, or Equipment to Detect Defects or Malfunctions
Maintain Operations Data
Organize Workflow
Read and Analyze Charts, Work Orders, and Production Schedules to Determine Production Requirements
Plan and Establish Work Schedules, Assignments, and Production Sequences to Meet Production Goals
Requisition Materials, Supplies, Equipment Parts, or Repair Service
Confer with Management or Subordinates to Resolve Associate Problems, Complaints, or Grievances
Monitor or Patrol work Area and Enforce Safety and Sanitation Regulations
