Astemo was born with the aim of becoming a global leader in the automotive and motorcycle parts business. We are promoting world-class management and business operations by a multinational management team. With approximately 80,000 employees globally, we are a diverse organization.
For Astemo, human resources are the driving force of growth, and we believe that making the most of the power of diversity is the key to becoming a global leader. To this end, we are focusing on innovating our HR system on a global level.
As an example, we have introduced a system that visualizes information on organizations and human resources and enables centralized management on a global basis. We will visualize each individual's background, skills, areas of expertise, and career aspirations, and utilize them for human resource management measures such as optimal human resource allocation and development plans.
In addition, we have created a system for fair evaluation, management that encourages voluntary career development, and the promotion of flexible work styles to create opportunities for each employee to fully demonstrate their potential.
The stage is being set for everyone to play an active role.
